We offer a monthly Maintenance contract for Community pools. All contracts have 1 months notice to terminate either way. Prices from 100 euros per month, including all chemicals and normal maintenance.
- Monthly contract for Private Pools. From 35 EUROS per month, including all chemicals and normal maintenance.
Repair service. We employ a specialist plumber and electrician who are fully qualified and legally registered for all Pool repairs. We can also have your pool re-grouted by our professional pool repair expert and tiler. First and formost we are qualified to repair any problem with your pool.
Supply of chemicals and equipment. We can offer all equipment and chemicals at discount prices.

Training. We can teach anyone to maintain their own pool to professional standards.
Pool Building. We have only one pool builder we recommend. We are offered many referal schemes for a 'drink' which we always refuse. We only use this company because they have the highest quality workmanship, they have over 10 years of building pool experience here in Spain and no leaks ! No 'backhanders' here only true recommendation.
We can install heaters, salt chlorinators and provide any modifications needed. All superb quality equipment and professionally installed.
We offer a complete Leak detection service, using state of the art equipment from the USA. Pressure testing, dye, sonar testing and a CCTV camera inspection unit.
Gardening and Community Cleaning Service. We can also quote for a monthly gardening service, street sweeping and cleaning of Community areas. We use only experienced and certified garden operators trained by our own horticulturalist. We have our own Gardening expert trained and qualified as an Arborist in the UK, we also have Kristof our very own diploma level qualified horticulturalist and we are all currently studying Garden maintenance courses recognised by the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society).
CONTRACTS
When under contract with ourselves we will promise to keep your Pool safe and clean to swim at all times. We provide a monthly data sheet recording all visits and dealings with your Pool to the President, owner or nominated person. We also vow to attend the pool or garden in an emergency straight away.
CHEMICAL CHECKS
We are specialists in water chemistry and offer the best expert knowledge in chemistry problems. Try everyone else first, then we will fix your problem after the amateurs have tried their best. We hold state of the art chemistry testing equipment, electronic and chemical. All direct from the USA.
